This policy describes how The Harvest House (“we”) handles information collected through our website and checkout.

Information we collect

When you book or submit a form, we may collect your name, phone, email, address, zip code, porch details, package selection, and marketing parameters (UTM and fbclid) so we can fulfill the order and measure ads.

How we use information

We use contact details to schedule installs, send confirmations, and operate Meta Pixel / Conversions API events. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We do not sell personal information. Abandoned-checkout email recovery may be enabled in a future release; until then, checkout leads are stored only when a lead webhook is configured.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Formspree (form delivery), Meta (ads measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each provider processes data under their own terms to help us run this site.

Advertising

We use Meta (Facebook / Instagram) pixels and server-side conversion events with event-level deduplication. Domain verification and Aggregated Event Measurement are configured in Meta Business Manager when the production domain is live.

Retention

Booking and contact details are kept as long as needed to fulfill installs and answer follow-ups for the current season, then deleted or archived when no longer required.
