Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the The Harvest House website and porch packaging services in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Services

Packages start at $350. Every package includes design and on-site installation. End-of-season cleanup is an optional add-on, priced by package size. Cleanup covers pumpkins and hay bales only — not mums, planters, boxes, wreaths, or other items you added yourself. The Ivory Harvest palette uses Heirloom and Ghost pumpkins and adds 20% to the package price. Free delivery in our published service ZIP codes.

Bookings

Payment is due in full at checkout through Stripe. Bookings are confirmed when payment succeeds. Bookings are final. We do not offer restyles or refunds. We confirm your package, palette, and install date in writing.
